We strive to advise our clients in a way aiming to find the best amicable solution, as we prefer the mediation approach to our clients' issues and we strive to solve them primarily by way of an agreement between the parties involved, which - in our opinion - saves time and reduces the clients’ stress and costs, while at the same time minimising the risk.

We focus mainly on securing the interests of our mandatories by determining the best strategy for a given case, appropriate actions and proper provisions in a contract.

Litigation is treated as a last resort, when there are no other avenues to be explored, but if the judicial confrontation becomes indispensable and it is the only way to assert our clients’ rights – we represent them in a courtroom as well.

We also run workshops and training courses for businesses and individuals in the effective enforcement of receivables, legal security and the protection of board members in commercial companies. We also cooperate with the Wrocław School of Banking.

In Poland, foreign entrepreneurs may contact us in English and Italian. Many business owners have trusted us, including ones from abroad. Moreover, we provide legal services in the Polish language in countries such as the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Italy and the USA.
